Recently, Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company (VIMID) was honored to be invited by Sinotruk Group to attend the 2023 Global Customer Conference held at the Shandong Conference Center, Jinan, China.

On April 22, at Hall P406, Nam Cuong Building (Ha Dong, Hanoi), the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company (VIMID) was successfully held. The meeting approved multiple key documents with nearly 100% of votes in favor, reflecting shareholders’ strong consensus and trust in the company’s development direction, as well as in the leadership of the Board of Directors and the executive team.

Following its official listing of 20.5 million shares on the UPCoM under the ticker symbol VVS in October 2022, Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company (VIMID) is now preparing to hold its first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) since being recognized as a public company — an event drawing significant attention from investors.

As of April 18, 2023, Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company (VIMID) has basically completed all necessary preparations and is ready for the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for April 22, 2023.

Ms. Doan Thu Ha, Vice President of the Lang Son Provincial People’s Committee, together with leaders of key provincial departments and the Lang Son Customs Department, visited and worked with Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company.

This is the first time VIMID appears on the FAST500 Ranking – Top 500 Fastest-Growing Enterprises in Vietnam 2023.

Recently, during an official business trip to Vietnam from February 6, 2023, the delegation from SINOTRUK Group – China’s leading manufacturer of heavy-duty trucks – paid a visit and held a working session with Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company (VIMID), the officially authorized representative of SINOTRUK in Vietnam.

On January 5, 2023, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company in collaboration with VietNamNet Newspaper officially held the Announcement Ceremony of the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam 2022.

The VNR500 Ranking recognizes enterprises that demonstrate outstanding performance in Vietnam’s business community — excelling in revenue scale, capital efficiency, sustainable profit growth, and strong corporate social responsibility.
