VIMID won third place at the Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs “For the Community” Football Tournament 2024

The 2024 Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Football Tournament “For the Community,” featuring numerous competing teams, concluded in an exciting, tense, and emotional atmosphere, with FC VIMID (Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company – VIMID) delivering an outstanding performance.

Thrilling matches and peak excitement

The 2024 Young Entrepreneurs Football Tournament officially kicked off on August 17 at the Hanoi National University of Education football field, bringing together 12 teams with approximately 200 players from various enterprises, and clubs under the association’s umbrella.

VIMID (stock code: VVS), as one of the exemplary member companies, was honored to participate in this year’s competition.

Facing significant challenges from the group stage, FC VIMID was placed in the so-called “Group of Death” – Group D – which included strong teams such as HanoiBA and FC Bắc Việt. Despite this, FC VIMID demonstrated remarkable unity, relentless effort, and the fighting spirit of VIMID employees, finishing second in the group and advancing to the semi-finals.

Although the team was eventually eliminated in the semi-finals by the reigning champions TIG FC, a professional HPL team, the determination, perseverance, and strong competitive spirit of each member led FC VIMID to triumph over FC CEO 1987, securing third place overall.

The 2024 Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Football Tournament “For the Community” is an annual event organized by the Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Association (HanoiBA) to help mobilize charitable funds for community-oriented activities.
