Providing Essential Resources and Nurturing Educational Aspirations
On 13 August 2026, VIMID’s journey of giving marked another meaningful milestone at Phu Cuong Primary and Secondary School. The school currently serves 1,125 students, most of whom come from ethnic minority communities, while its teaching and learning facilities remain limited and face numerous challenges.
In response to the school’s practical needs and guided by the belief that “what we give will endure,” VIMID joined Duong Noi Ward Police and Vietnam International School (VIS) in visiting the school, offering encouragement and presenting meaningful gifts.
The programme focused on providing practical equipment and supplies that could be put into immediate use during the new academic year. A total of 100 sets of student desks and chairs and 2,000 notebooks were donated. In particular, VIMID presented the school with two televisions, helping enhance its teaching facilities and supporting teachers in improving classroom effectiveness.

Through these conversations, the delegation gained a deeper understanding of school life in the local community while offering encouragement to teachers and students ahead of the new academic year.

The gifts were presented with the hope of providing teachers with greater confidence and support in their work while ensuring that students are better equipped for their studies.
