Awarding 22 Outstanding VIMERS of Quarter 1 & 2, 2021
Based on the nomination list and after careful evaluation, the Commendation and Reward Council has selected 22 outstanding VIMERS for Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 of 2021 according to the criteria and achievements attained by the employees.
These 22 exemplary individuals consistently performed their duties excellently, continuously spreading positive messages and inspiring their colleagues. They represent the collective spirit of VIMID, demonstrating creativity and dedication, and helping the company overcome challenges, particularly during the first half of the year which was heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Each “Outstanding VIMER of the Quarter” receives a cash prize of VND 3 million and is honored on VIMID’s internal communication channels.
The Outstanding VIMER Award is a meaningful initiative to recognize exemplary employees who have achieved remarkable results, earned trust, and contributed positively to the organization. The award also expresses the management’s gratitude to these “champions” who have faced challenges head-on, consistently completed their tasks, and contributed to VIMID’s overall growth.
Amid the difficulties posed by Covid-19 and social distancing measures, alongside maintaining fair salaries and benefits for all employees, this award reflects the timely acknowledgment from VIMID’s leaders for outstanding contributions. It serves as a motivation for all employees to strive for excellence in the second half of 2021.
As planned, the program to select and honor the Outstanding VIMERS of Quarter 3 will take place in early October.
