The year 2026 marks a new stage in VIMID’s strategy to raise service standards through the rollout of the 4S Service Centre model. Building on more than 10 years of operations in the local market, VIMID Nghệ An 4S Service Centre has undergone expansion, with upgraded facilities and enhanced service capabilities to meet the growing needs of customers across North Central Vietnam.

Located along 1A National Highway route, Vietnam’s principal north–south transport corridor, this 4S Service Centre benefits from convenient access to major transport routes, industrial parks and regional economic centres. The strategic location enables VIMID to serve customers operating across interprovincial transport routes and throughout the surrounding region.

Developed and equipped in line with 4S standards, the centre features modern facilities and equipment, together with large-scale vehicle and genuine spare parts warehouses. The integrated 4S model brings together vehicle sales and display, spare parts supply, warranty services, maintenance, repairs and technical support within a single service network. Customers can therefore access comprehensive support, from vehicle selection to ongoing maintenance and repairs throughout the vehicle’s operating life. The integrated approach helps reduce waiting times, minimise operational downtime and improve vehicle utilisation efficiency.

Training also receives particular emphasis through the development of a training centre in accordance with SINOTRUK standards. The facility provides service advisers and technicians with a professional environment for structured, ongoing training and technology updates. These initiatives strengthen technical problem-solving capabilities, standardise service procedures and help the workforce meet the increasingly demanding requirements of the commercial vehicle market.

Alongside the service centre network, VIMID continues to provide mobile repair services, on-site technical support at customer operating locations, periodic vehicle inspections and the “Doctor HOWO” programme. At the event VIMID introduced a range of new products to customers, from HOWO V950 and HOWO V750L light-duty trucks, to the TS7-H 460HP equipped with an AMT transmission, the MAX truck series and HOWO electric tractors. Product presentations provided an overview of VIMID’s increasingly diverse portfolio, highlighting advances in technology, comfort and operating performance designed to meet customers’ practical requirements.

Alongside diesel-powered vehicles, VIMID introduced the TXEV, V9EV, G7XEV and HOVA electric tractor models, while presenting integrated transport solutions connecting vehicles with charging infrastructure, battery-swapping options and support services throughout the vehicle lifecycle. From assessing operational requirements and selecting vehicle configurations to advising on infrastructure and optimising vehicle operations, VIMID aims to help customers develop investment plans suited to their specific needs and gradually adopt greener, more sustainable transport solutions.
