Branding by Doing – Year End Party 2022

On January 17, VIMID celebrated with soaring emotions at the Year End Party 2022 – Welcoming 2023. Together, everyone reflected on a year that stood resilient against all challenges, achieved remarkable growth, and created motivation to push forward, break barriers, and reach new successes in 2023.

2022 was full of challenges due to the global economic crisis, with unpredictable fluctuations increasing risks across financial markets, currency stability, energy security, and global food security. However, with a proactive and adaptive spirit, standing firm in the face of challenges and seizing every opportunity, the employees of Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company (VIMID) worked together to make 2022 a memorable year, marked by significant milestones: On July 22, 2022, VIMID officially became a public company, and during the same year, VIMID was honored to be listed among the Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam (VNR500)

As the journey of 2022 gradually comes to a close, it is now a time for VIMERS to come together to share, connect, express gratitude, and recharge for the road ahead.

Branding by Doing – Building a great brand from little actions, the theme for 2023, was officially launched during the Year End Party 2022. This theme serves as a goal for all VIMERS to pursue with utmost effort, creative spirit, and passionate dedication. Guided by the company’s Core Values, every action aims to create meaningful value, contributing to the sustainable growth and strengthening of the VIMID brand.

No matter where they are along the beautiful S-shaped land of Vietnam, VIMERS remain united, committed to fulfilling the company’s Mission and Vision, contributing, learning, and developing their talents. Together, they share moments of happiness and life’s ups and downs.

The Year End Party 2022 series of events was organized simultaneously across the entire VIMID system, meticulously prepared by the organizing committee over more than a month. The program was a resounding success, receiving enthusiastic participation from VIMID employees nationwide.

All of this came together to create a wonderful year-end party—a space for VIMERS to celebrate together, strengthen bonds, understand and appreciate each other more, and step forward together on the path to new successes for VIMID.
