SITRAK G7X-EV Electric Tractor – Single Reduction Rear Axle

The SITRAK G7X EV Electric Tractor is a premium product with outstanding quality, equipped with some of the most advanced technologies available not only for electric vehicles but also for automobiles in general. Both the exterior and interior are designed with exceptional attention to detail, premium materials, luxurious space, and advanced comfort features. Its powertrain combines a CATL lithium battery – the world’s number one battery manufacturer – with a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor, AMT automatic transmission, and MAN technology MCE axle system, creating powerful traction, rapid torque delivery, highly efficient direct-drive transmission, convenient automatic shifting, durable high-load axles, and a lightweight, stable MAN TGA chassis system.

EXTERIOR DESIGN

The G7X EV Single Reduction Rear Axle Tractor features a luxurious and premium design with highlights including:

• Cabin manufactured according to MAN Germany technology and standards, delivering high safety, outstanding comfort, luxurious styling, a large and sophisticated front grille, premium Full LED lighting clusters, and a large aerodynamic roof fairing.
• The cabin frame is manufactured with high precision and enhanced with advanced surface treatment technologies and materials to increase rigidity and durability. Additional roof-mounted headlights improve lighting range, expand the driver’s field of vision, and enhance operational safety.
• Cabin suspension system with four large air bags (two front and two rear).
• Wide rearview mirrors ensure safe operation in multiple working conditions and from different viewing angles. The mirrors feature 4-way electric adjustment (upper and lower mirrors) and mirrors heating function.
• Equipped with an electric cabin lifting function, with a wired control handle for safer and more convenient inspection, maintenance, and repair.

MAN TECHNOLOGY AXLE SYSTEM

• As a premium MAN technology axle from SINOTRUK, it requires no wheel bearing maintenance. The VGD71S offers approximately 15% higher load capacity than the HF07.
• Rear axle: MCE12ZG Single Reduction Rear Axle with a 12-ton load capacity
• The MCE12ZG is SINOTRUK’s new-generation axle used on electric vehicles with integrated motor + transmission + axle systems

With fewer drivetrain components, the axle system is more compact and lighter, offers higher transmission efficiency, faster torque response, a more rigid structure, and reduced noise and vibration.

OTHER SYSTEMS

REGENERATIVE BRAKING SYSTEM

The energy recovery switch is located on the right side of the steering column.

ASR / ESC SYSTEM

On the SITRAK G7X EV Electric Tractor, the ASR and ESC switches are integrated into one system to coordinate electronic stability control and anti-slip functions. Since both systems share the same actuators, they can apply braking and adjust wheel speed in different situations to eliminate oversteer or understeer, maintain the intended driving direction, and reduce wheel slip.

FCW / LDW SYSTEM

FCW operates within a speed range of approximately 5–130 km/h and relies on information about stationary or moving objects, vehicle speed, status, and driver input trends.

The LDW (Lane Departure Warning) system uses front camera lane data to calculate and provide integrated steering support to help keep the vehicle within its lane.

ABS BRAKING SYSTEM

The ABS anti-lock braking system is an important safety feature that prevents wheel lock-up and skidding when braking force exceeds road grip in harsh braking conditions.

ABS is typically installed only on the front axle, since the front axle is responsible for steering control. However, on the SITRAK G7X EV Electric Tractor, ABS is equipped on all three axles – including the steering axle and both drive axles – ensuring steering control while preventing the rear axles and trailer from losing stability or swaying during braking on poor road conditions.
