The HOWO TH7 DX 460 Tractor Series is a version that offers an ideal balance between price, features, and functionality to meet customer needs. Compared to the TH7 LX version, this model has been optimized with more practical feature adjustments, making it more cost-effective while still fully meeting customer usage requirements and delivering the best user experience.

EXTERIOR DESIGN

Luxurious and premium design highlights include:

• High-roof cabin with two sleeper beds, built with MAN Germany technology and standards, featuring a refined, robust, and durable structure to ensure maximum safety for drivers during operation.
• Integrated Full LED headlamp system with high brightness, energy efficiency, outstanding durability, and stable performance.
• V-shaped front grille and logo design, highlighted by three chrome-plated horizontal bars and multiple aerodynamic grooves.
• Larger and more aggressive front bumper design, giving the vehicle a stronger and more powerful appearance. The towing hook is positioned at the front bumper and concealed for improved aesthetics.
• Wide rearview mirrors ensure safe operation in various working conditions and from multiple viewing angles. The mirrors feature 4-way electric adjustment (upper and lower mirrors) with a heating function.
• Equipped with an electric cabin lifting function, with a control handle connected by an extended cable for greater convenience and safety during inspection, maintenance, and repairs.
• Cabin suspension system with four air bags (two front and two rear) for enhanced ride comfort.

INTERIOR DESIGN

The cabin and interior are spacious, featuring a new, luxurious, and modern design developed by the European TGA engineering team, based on MAN Germany technology and standards. The cabin is finely crafted, durable, and designed to provide maximum safety for users during operation.

• Central control panel: redesigned while retaining all the features previously available on the T7H series. The parking brake and trailer brake controls have been repositioned to the upper section. It is equipped with a new 12.3-inch touchscreen LCD integrated with a factory-installed 360-degree camera system. The new dashboard also features gear position indicators, speed display, safety warnings, and an air suspension passenger seat.
• Four-spoke steering wheel with a new sporty and modern design, featuring the CNHTC triangular logo. The spokes are highlighted with glossy black trim for a premium appearance.
• Multiple large-capacity storage compartments, including two side storage boxes on both sides of the cabin. In particular, the overhead storage compartment is equipped with automatic lighting when opened, making it more convenient to locate and retrieve items.
• Both the driver and passenger seats are newly designed air suspension seats, upholstered in premium leather and fabric, with smart adjustment functions.
• Comfortable dual sleeper berth system, with the lower berth measuring up to 1 meter wide and the upper berth 700 mm wide, providing greater comfort and space during operation.
• Additional convenience features include a 220V-1000W power outlet beneath the sleeper berth, a sunroof for a more open cabin atmosphere, and a bedside resting area equipped with a reading light, storage compartment, and cup holder for added convenience.

CHASSIS AND SUSPENSION 

Suspension system:

• Front Suspension: Dependent multi-leaf springs, 3 leaves, with hydraulic dampers and stabilizer bar.
• Rear Suspension: Dependent multi-leaf springs, 5 leaves, with stabilizer bar for optimal balance and durability.

Fifth Wheel:

Equipped with JOST fifth wheel coupling 50# / 90# (depending on version), with high load capacity and reliable locking mechanism.

Braking system:

• The vehicle uses a pneumatic braking system with drum brakes. It is equipped with automatic brake shoe adjustment on both the front and rear axles, ensuring consistent braking performance and safety while reducing maintenance effort and improving cost efficiency.
• ABS system on all 3 axles, preventing wheel lock-up, reducing tire wear, maintaining steering control, and optimizing braking distance.

Fuel Tank:

The fuel tank is made of aluminum alloy with a capacity of 750L / 940L (depending on version)

Chassis

The chassis system of the TH7 DX 460 Tractor is designed and manufactured according to MAN TGA standards and technology. It is made from carbon steel with very high resistance to bending and torsion. The chassis is optimized using advanced CAE calculation tools, features a double-layer structure, and is reinforced precisely at high-load areas.

As a result, the chassis provides high durability, stable operation, excellent overload capability, while still maintaining a relatively low curb weight.

The V-shaped axle stabilizer bar, widely used in the Vietnamese market, helps improve chassis stability, reduce vibration differences between both sides of the chassis, enhance load capacity, evenly distribute stress across the axle and chassis, and increase overall durability and lifespan.
