Exterior

The FUSHI dump semi-trailer makes a strong first impression with its one-piece U-shape dump box design, creating a solid and durable appearance.

The entire dump box is made from high-strength NM450 steel, providing outstanding impact resistance and minimizing deformation when transporting heavy materials such as soil, rocks, and aggregates under demanding construction site conditions.

U-Shape Dump Box

Combining FUSHI’s extensive manufacturing and design experience with VIMID’s deep understanding of the Vietnamese market, both companies developed a reinforced U-shape cargo body design featuring ribbed side panels and widened body profiles. This design effectively prevents body deformation, allows faster unloading, reduces trailer weight, and improves fuel efficiency and operational productivity.

The U-shaped cargo body structure features:

  • 3 mm side walls
  • 4 mm floor plate
  • High-strength NM450Tuf steel

This structure increases cargo width, enhances rigidity, and effectively prevents body bulging while maintaining a large cargo capacity.

The side panels feature 11 folded reinforcement lines optimized for higher rigidity and anti-bulging performance. This design also helps materials flow more smoothly during unloading, preventing sticking and blockage.

Hydraulic System

The trailer is equipped with a FUSHI 225-5 hydraulic cylinder, featuring:

  • Maximum cylinder diameter up to 225 mm
  • 5-stage telescopic cylinder structure

The trailer also features an integrated PTO hydraulic drive system directly connected to the gearbox flange (without a driveshaft), making installation more convenient while improving system stability and operational efficiency compared to conventional PTO systems.

Chassis

  • Main chassis flange width upgraded from 140 mm to 150 mm for better anti-torsion performance
  • Reinforced gooseneck structure with double-layer reinforcement from the front section to the landing gear area, improving load-bearing capacity, anti-deformation capability, and torsional rigidity
  • Widened tipping shaft design for more stable lifting during dumping operations
  • Reinforced chassis with X-shaped bracing structure

Landing Gear and Kingpin System

The trailer uses a 90 kingpin made from special high-strength materials, ensuring excellent load-bearing and towing performance.

The landing gear system uses FUWA landing legs, a well-known brand recognized for quality and durability:

  • Single-side crank handle reduces operating time

Active Safety Warning System

The trailer is equipped with an intelligent tilt warning system:

  • During dumping operations, if the trailer tilts beyond the safety threshold, the system activates warning lights and audible alerts.
  • Drivers are advised to stop lifting immediately and move to a safer, more level surface to avoid rollover accidents.
