Hội nghị được tổ chức bởi Tập đoàn Công nghiệp nặng Sơn Đông (Trung Quốc) – Chủ sở hữu của tập đoàn SINOTRUK, đối tác chiến lược của VIMID trong suốt 13 năm vừa qua.
